Change Strategy

1. Select change partner (coach) for feedback and to support progress.
2. Identify and measure detailed behavior changes to be made.
3. Outline desired benefits and potential obstacles of actions taken.
4. Specific ongoing action steps to get from here to there.

The Effective Management Program includes the creation of a personal plan of action. Each participating manager establishes goals for increased effective management behaviors and enhanced leadership skills for a six to twelve month period of time. A reassessment, called Progress Feedback, measures changes and provides a hard data result of goals set at the beginning of the Effective Management Program process.

Progress Feedback     (4 hours)

1. Six to twelve months later process is repeated for comparison.
2. Participating managers distribute materials for describers.
3. Feedback is analyzed; new areas for improvement selected.
