Licensees

For an investment that buys startup inventory and initial training, independent consultants around the world access our products and expertise through a licensing process. Licensed consultants market and sell to their clients. We serve as a resource for materials, sales training, and updates.

Those with licensee relationships have access to WE CARE,^® our customer service training program, the effective Management Program, our on-the-job management training process, and sales information and support that have been tested and proven effective for both programs.

The customer service skills gained in the WE CARE^® programs are based on the premise that the care of customer service provider precedes care of the customer. The provider is the pivot point of effective customer service training, the definitive link missing in competitive customer service training programs. The customer service training addresses both external (paying) customers and internal (coworkers) customers.

A licensing fee pays for initial inventory, initial training, and sales support. We welcome independent consultants who wish to enhance their customer service skills offerings to customer service clients and deepen their management training offerings to management clients.

Licensee relationships and work with our own retail clients align us with 46 states and 14 foreign countries.
